Formerly the home of David Stein - brother of Dr. Jules Stein, founder of MCA Universal in Hollywood - Whitecaps breaths the ancient glory of the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s, when the house was the refuge for people like Alfred Hitchcock, Errol Flynn, Maurice Chevalier, Marlene Dietrich, Cary Grand, Bette Davis, Humphrey Bogart, James Steward, and Leslie Caron, to name but a few.

The house has recently been refurbished and remodeled to a modern standard, but many of these original fittings have been retained. The villa has a total of 800m2 on two levels and an additional 500m2 roof terrace. The plot of land is 3200m2 and there is direct access from the villa to a secluded beach.

The house has a total of 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The kitchen is fitted out to a professional standard. 5 meters of industrial fridges will keep all your drinks at your desired temperature. The house also features an underground private discotheque, a Chill out room, a games room with 8' pool table and three bars (in the games room, dining room and roof terrace).

On the "sea side" of the property, there is a large covered terrace with dining area and a Jacuzzi overlooking the Mediterranean. There is a swimming pool to the side of the villa with as view to the sea. Stairs lead to a huge roof terrace, floored with wooden decking, where there is a bar and dining area, as well as a BBQ and day beds. This is a great entertainment area. The stunning near 180 degrees sea view makes the villa a very sought after venue for wedding ceremonies.

Whitecaps is located on the south coast, on the eastern side of Ibiza, near the coastal village of Es Canar. Es Canar has many restaurants and bars along with a selection of convenience stores, all within walking distance. The nearest big town is Santa Eularia, which as well as having big supermarkets, also has one of the best shopping centres on the island and an impressive marina.

Distances to Ibiza town, Amnesia, Pacha, Underground and Privilege are all within 15min drive. There is a taxi stand at 2 min walk from the villa, but most taxi drivers on Ibiza know Whitecap and will pick you up or drop you off at the front door. Shops and restaurants are at walking distance Access to the house is via an electric gate.
