In the South West of Sardinia, long the S.S 195 at the 37,800 km there is the ‘Comunione Pineta Is Morus’, near to the Fort Village, to the Is Morus Hotel, to the Is Molas Golf Club and only 15 minutes by car from the beautiful Chia beaches. Pineta Is Morus is a private complex characterized by Mediterranean pine woods and other Mediterranean plants and oleanders. The access to the complex is reserved to the only owners of the villas or to the residents. In the complex there is a very well equipped sport center with a club house and a playground.

During the summer season in the sport center are possible to reserve the tennis court, the soccer court, the basket court and the volley court. The beach is reserved to the residents and during the summer season is equipped by a kiosk and its possible to buy drinks, ice cream and snaks. Pineta Is Morus is served by a furnished market that opens every day and offers other fresh products like bread, fruit, vegetable, milk, sweets, news paper and tobaccos.
