The villa's privileged position allows guests to enjoy the both sunset and sunrise over the Mediterranean sea whilst inside, vaulted ceilings, wooden beams and cotto floors together with exquisite furnishings give an overall feel of timeless elegance. The villa and grounds are completely private but within easy reach of the bustling centre of Porto Rotondo.

The Main House has a spacious living and dining area with panoramic sea views from every angle. With vaulted ceilings, an imposing fireplace, solid granite dining table and traditional indoor pizza oven there is no better place to relax. There is also a laundry and pantry.

The office is accessible either from the courtyard or across a terrace from the master bedroom suite. It has an office and living area with sea views on all sides, Wifi internet access, printer, fax and scanner as well as WC. Phone available on request.

Outside there is a private section of sandy beach with alfresco shower, covered dining area, sunloungers and changing room. The Mediterranean sea is just a few paces away and accessed through a gateway. Enjoy several alfresco dining and seating areas, all with panoramic sea views, direct access to the sea from several points, 25,000 sqm of mediterranean gardens and lawns as well as a small private vineyard, a barbeque and covered car parking.

The kitchen is the ideal place to prepare all your favorite dishes.
