Nevis Caribbean Style Vacation Rental - Villa Veranda

True Caribbean styling with luxury interiors and air-conditioned bedrooms, only 5 minutes to the beach, this very private and quiet villa with gardens and beautiful palm fringed pool overlooks the coast of Nevis and St Kitts. Villa Verandah is built in true "Caribbean" style, with wide terraces  all around the first floor. It is on a plot of about 3/4 acre surrounded by trees. The private swimming pool is at the rear of the house, and has a Gazebo, a waterfall and illumination at night. A hedge surrounds the pool, keeping it very private.

The pool is about 30x15 ft and 3ft to 5ft deep, and is safe for children. The spacious Living Room is fitted with twin ceiling fans to keep it cool, comfortable sofas to sit on,  cable TV, DVD/VHS machine, and HiFi units. There is a dining table for six people with overhead chandelier. The wonderful Bar - Lounge area is fully screened with mosquito nets and is the place where you will probably eat and entertain. There are twin ceiling fans to keep cool in the daytime.

The table seats 8 people and there are comfortable chairs and sofas for relaxing during those warm Caribbean evenings. To the west you have a view of St. Kitts and the sea, with spectacular sunsets at dusk. The comfortable fully screened Lounge area has direct access to the garden and pool, and also to the surrounding terraces. The modern kitchen has an overhead ceiling fan. It is fitted with a large refrigerator - freezer, dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave coffee percolator, juicer and a toaster.

There are ample working surfaces with twin sinks (Cutlery and crockery for 8 people). There is a breakfast bar with 3 high swing chairs. The Master Bedroom with A/C has doors opening onto the surrounding terraces. It has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with twin vanity units, bath, shower and toilet. There are also twin ceiling fans, which are more than adequate to keep cool at night. There is a wide and comfortable King size double bed.

The room also connects to a smaller room with a single bed in which a child or baby could sleep if they needed to be near to parents (a cot is available on request). The second bedroom with a Queen double bed has its own A/C and ceiling fan. It is on the lower floor of the villa, and has access to the lower balcony and garden. There is a downstairs bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, also a spacious hall area .

Bedroom number three also on the lower floor of the villa has its own A/C and a large ceiling fan. Twin beds make it an excellent room for children . Our new bedroom number four has its own en-suite bathroom and shower and has a King size double bed. It has its own A/C  and a ceiling fan. There is direct access to the garden and a small verandah. Villa Verandah is 5 minutes walk from the Jones beach. A little further away  Oualie Beach, with sandy bay and safe shallow water is 10 minutes walk . Diving excursions, sailing, windsurfing can be booked here, there is a restaurant and our clients have full use of the beach chairs and facilities. 

Charlestown, the capital of Nevis  is 5 miles away,  and 3 miles away the Four Seasons Resort with Championship 18 hole Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones II, and Spa and Tennis Courts can be booked with the Four Seasons Hotel.  You can also visit the fabulous sandy palm fringed "Pinneys Beach", and the beautiful Nisbet Beach. There are bikes for hire and a horse riding school nearby. Villa Verandah has high speed internet and telephone. 

It is a good idea to rent a car or jeep for getting around, the best idea is to collect and return to the airport, and we can help to arrange this . You will have a wonderful vacation in Nevis at our luxury Villa "Verandah"!
