The property has access to the private beach through a lovely immaculate communal park with swimming pool, roughly 200 meters far.  Porto Rotondo with its famous “squares”, Yatching Club, Harbour, shopping centre and banks are walking distance – about 1,5  kilometre. Porto Cervo, Baia Sardinia and Arzachena are driving distance. The nearest airport (Airport “Costa Smeralda”) and harbour are both in Olbia (20 minutes driving distance). 5 sheltered car space and a playing room complete the villa.
