The Villa, built in the 17th century, is a 500 square meter three floors historical building full of Russian Imperial history because it was previously owned by a descendant of Zar Nicolas I. The ground floor has an entrance hall, two sitting rooms,a TV room, a fully equipped modern live-in kitchen, a large dining room, one guest bathroom, a laundry room and a pantry. The first floor hosts two master bedrooms with en suite bathroom, three double and two single rooms, two bathrooms and an upstairs hall. The second floor has one master and one double bedroom sharing a bathroom and a small sitting room. Today, it is perfectly restored and has a one hectar garden that adds importance to its beauty and exclusivity.
