Perfect for families; there are five master suites, each with their own private balcony and panoramic ocean views. There are three children's rooms, each with bunk beds and private bathrooms.

Villa Tita was designed with a distinction between public and private areas, each equipped with elements that highlight its purpose—large sitting areas that encourage conversation, and personal spaces that are generous yet intimate.

The outside area is landscaped with a botanically-varied garden, ranging from flower beds to desert scape. Inviting hours of enjoyment in the sun, there is a large pool, Jacuzzi whirlpool, plenty of tables, chairs, a palapa, and an outside bar and dining area.
