Before the second world war this magnificent, detached villa has been the summer getaway of the physicist Enrico Fermi. It is placed in a farm of 50 hectares and it is surrounded by an extensive green park (100hectares) with age-old trees, vineyards and olive oil-groves.
The villa is surrounded by a natural garden of olive trees and precious DOCG Chianti vineyards and enjoys a wonderful panoramic view over the Tuscany rolling hills of Chianti. Currently, the farm produces and sells local products like wine, olive oil, fruits and vegetables.
