The resort has many sporting facilities at disposal of the guests of Villa Sampieri 1 e 2 like tennis and football courts, solarium, swimming pool and a Club House with following collective services: pizzeria/restaurant, bar, reception, excursion office, bazar, lounge with a wifi connection mini-market and a music area. The two villas Sampieri are neighbouring villas and can be rented togheter!

The area: The province of Ragusa is characterized, instead, by the wonderful Sicilian baroque that decorates all of its architectural buildings, and the town of Scicli is famous for its beautiful baroque churches and together with the more famous city of Noto, the prestigious UNESCO title of “human heritage” site.

The sea the residence overlooks is the Mediterranean sea, that in the Southern coast of Sicily has sandy bottoms and crystal-clear water. It is a sea characterized by extremly fine white sand, on which it is pleasant to have long walks.

The area where the residence is offers the visitor a natural vegetation where you can find tamarisks, juniper and mastic, typical of the most ancient Mediterranean scrub.

The property
Inside: “Villa ” is a new build villa inspirated at the Mediterranean style with elegant and luxurious furnishing. Inside the front door is a large living and dining room and a kitchenette at one side. The living room is charmingly furnished and features an outside veranda with views of the countryside and sea.

The double bedroom have the own bathroom inside and the twin bedroom can use the common bathroom.

Outside: The garden is with beautiful Mediterranean plants and trees and between the house and the pool there is a furnished terrace area for outdoor dining and relaxation. Behing the house is an area of flat lawn ideal for childen to play in.

The Jacuzzi-pool (2 mt x 2 mt) gives a great view to the landscape and the sea and the pool area is furnished with deckchairs and outside shower.
