This  sixteenth century villa was the centre of an old farm and has recently been transformed into a luxury property respecting the traditional characteristics at the same time as introducing all the comforts of modern life.The closest airport is in Perugia, 60km away, and a whole range of famous Tuscan cities can easily be reached by car from the villa: Florence, Assisi, Siena and Arezzo to name a few. Although the villa is rented exclusively as a whole, individual families in a large group might appreciate having their own space.

The villa is divided into three floors and it can accommodate up to 16 people, making it perfect for large group holidays or special events. The first and second floors are essentially apartments in themselves as along with their three bedrooms and bathrooms.

• The 12x6 swimming pool lies at the foot of the house overlooking the valley, a lovely place to relax and soak up the peaceful surroundings. The pool is lit at night too so you can take a dip under the stars!
• Guests have a BBQ at their disposal too, making for fun al fresco meals.
• There is conveniently both a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests´ free use.

The villa has a rural location although near Cortona, and enjoys unbroken views of the Cortonesian mountains and valley.

The 100 hectares of private grounds are perfect for guests to explore either on foot or on horseback and the owners are only too pleased to help guests in organizing activities of all kinds in Tuscany, such as wine tours and cooking classes.
