Sun yourself on the waterside terrace; take a dip or a ride in the resident speedboat from the front of the villa to explore quiet bays, little restaurants and wineries accessible only by boat along the coast. Then again, you might prefer to soak in the Jacuzzi on its shaded terrace while you admire the sparkling waters below you or take one of the new kayaks for a discover of the pine tree bays or take a spin on one of the new bikes to the villages.

On the first floor are the kitchen and dining room, complete with designer Italian cream leather sofa looking out to the sea. There is also alfresco dining space and barbecue on the shaded terrace on this level, as well as one very large bedroom (that sleeps three) and a bathroom. On the next terrace down from here there is a large alfresco dining area that seats 14 along with outdoor sun loungers and relaxing day bed, perfect for a cocktail or cappuccino.

Up one level for the elegant entrance through a hand crafted doorway, leading into a vast living area with massive designer sofa and TV/DVD, with glass doors opposite opening onto the terrace with comfortable seating. The three bedrooms on this floor all with new beds and designer bathrooms. The penthouse has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and its own lounge with plasma TV/DVD and kitchen, with sitting and dining options inside or out on two spacious terraces with more wonderful views one of which is suitable for nude sunbathing.
