Villa Rosa has undergone excellent restoration work, featuring 11 luxurious restorated double rooms, an beautiful historic Italian garden and a large swimming pool. The villa is situated in the wonderful Luccan landscape.

During the very recent restoration, some original frescoes were brought to light - all dating from the period when the Princess Elisa Buonaparte was living in Lucca and setting the fashion. The external features of the Villa are listed as an oratory or a small chapel, a "limonaia" (an orangery for lemons), which has beeing converted with moveable partitions to allow the space to be flexibly divided for groups and meetings, lectures or get-togethers.
In an intelligent blend of ancient and modern the villa is furnished luxuriously, offering centralized air-condition, satellite-tv and Wi-Fi.
