Villa Rinascimento is one of the best maintained luxury villas in Tuscany situated on the hills of Florence; is a unique example of 15th century architecture perfectly restored in order to satisfy even the most demanding guests. The Villa is one of the most luxurious properties available for rent on the hills of Florence.
Internal description: The gardens of the Villa are spectacular. Arriving through the private electric gate with surveillance cameras and intercom system from the gatehouse and the Villa. Passing along the private driveway impressively lined with centuries old cypress trees leading up to the main entrance. Entering through the formal entrance into ‘ the cortile’ which is decorated with large terra cotta vases and jasmine and no less other than a gorgeous Della Robbia ceramic Madonna and Child which is worthy of a place in Florence’s great museum “Gli Uffizi”.
Today the loggia is decorated with wrought iron chairs and couches ideal of hot summer days, the Loggia is always quite cool. The pool area is to the left of the formal entrance and is accessed by passing through a low wrought iron gate. The pool area is completely fenced in.
The pool is oval shaped painted the color of blue/slate, extremely tasteful, the garden walls are original walls of the villa. The views are stunning. The covered dining area near the pool is ideal for easy going picnics or cocktails. In the far end of the pool area is a table for up to 6 people and can be used for light lunches.
