Villa Paola sits on the antique Cava Romana of Porto Rotondo, that in Roman times  was a colony of slaves who worked at the local granite quarry overlooking the “round port”. The granite was transported to the port by means of a natural pathway to be loaded on the ships.

In the garden of Villa Paola still exist remnants of stone used to extract the two antique columns admired even today at the opening of the tourist port and the smaller ones at the entry of Porto Rotondo.

The elegant bathroom with green moiré Sardinian tiles and shower. Grey is a single bedroom, with fitted cupboards, hot-cold air conditioning, own bathroom with sky blue Sardinian tiles and shower.

The property also includes and annex house carved into the rock having one double bedroom with en suite shower bathroom, sea view and air conditioning.

The villa is 20 minutes drive distances from Olbia-Costa Smeralda Airport, the sea is only 400 mt.
