As well as offering privacy, the villa offers numerous sports activities as well as excursions to Tuscan towns, that are rich in history and art.

Only 1.5 km away in Chianti is the picturesque village of Panzano, famous for its 12th century castle and the majestic Santa Maria Assunta church. Here you will find traditional shops for all your daily requirements as well as excellent restaurants and colourful weekly markets.

In the eighties it was lovingly restored by the current owner’s family and transformed into this magnificent country house.

This property has been in the hands of the family Crespine for two generations, initially used by the themselves as their main residence until 1999, but also still used and enjoyed by the family for their holidays and during the olive harvest where the olives are harvested by hand.

Through the personal commitment of the owners to the estate, both the property and interior decoration are continually being improved and perfected. This way it is ensured that modern comfort is carefully and harmoniously combined with the original quaint charm of the building. The house is also being continuously adapted to offer up-to-date extras such as internet, fax and satellite television.

This property is unlike other typical holiday villas - through its own personal character and the furnishing of the house, an individual and unique atmosphere is achieved. The superior quality interior of the house includes numerous family heirlooms as well articles collected by the owners over the last decade from Tuscan antique markets. Small sympathetic details, that normally only exist in a lived-in house, make the guests feel more like they are at home than visiting.

The property consists of a villa and two adjoining buildings, as well as a garden with a 6x12 m swimming pool and patio. The villa has 360 m2 of living space spread over three floors and is separated into two accommodation units. This means that individuals do not have to go far in order to have privacy and isolation even when there are a large number of guests.

The “Fienile”, one of the adjoining buildings, which has been converted to a residential house, offers room for your accompanying guests. In order to prevent misunderstandings, we specifically want to assure you that the three living quarters will only be exclusively rented by Crespine. You therefore do not run the risk of not living alone in the property. We can guarantee you undisturbed peace in the villa.

In the second adjacent building, the “Limonaia”, which was once a greenhouse for citrus fruits, has been converted to a large dining room which can accommodate up to 20 people at the long dining table.

The barbecue is situated outside the Limonaia and the pizza oven is only a few steps away. The Limonaia is used as location for parties or events. Being a separate building, it ensures that guests (like children) still can have the quietness and rest, they want.

The tranquil estate with its first-class furnishings helps create a relaxed and undisturbed atmosphere. In the main house as well as in the “Limonaia” you will find facilities sufficient to accommodate up to 30 participants for conferences, lectures and meetings. Needless to say, the villa is equipped with the necessary facilities such as telephone, fax and internet facilities.

We can also provide you with flipcharts, video projector as well as other audio-visual and technical equipment upon request. The house’s swimming pool and nearby tennis courts as well as the golf courses provide the necessary relaxation. Furthermore, the vineyards are the perfect challenging location for jogging.
