This pleasant villa has two floors. An external marble staircase leads up to the first floor and to an entrance hall which is shared by both floors. You’ll be welcomed to a cool and airy atmosphere.

Starting from the first floor, you’ll find a balcony which reveals stunning views over the gardens and the surrounding undulating hills. Moving up to the second floor via an internal marble staircase, you’ll be welcomed by chestnut roof beams, which extend across the roof, and electronically controlled roof skylights. You’ll find a large modern kitchen, along with a bar counter.  Villa Ninfea is the ideal villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway in Tuscany.

• There is also a charming grotto, where you’ll find a pond, along with some peace and relaxation.

Villa has a spacious modern kitchen, fully equipped, along with a bar counter, and a living room with a warm and cozy fireplace.

There is a master bedroom with its own en suite bathroom and private balcony, and two other double bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathrooms.
