Located above Pouli area, the Villa is a delightful property with striking views of the Aegean Sea, Delos Island and sunset. The villa has recently been renovated throughout. The main pool deck enjoys a 180-degree panoramic sea views and surrounding islands. Away from the house, there is a large pergola with wood fire BBQ and an outdoor dining. It has direct access to a spacious camares where a kitchen and indoor dining and sitting area are also provided. The main house is built on two levels; a master bedroom with and two double guest bedrooms situated on the ground floor. Upstairs, where the main entrance of the house is located, a living room opens to a dining area with large windows and great sea views. A second smaller but functional open plan kitchen and an upper mezzanine floor with sofas and a tv is a perfect area for relaxing. A fourth studio features a comfortable double.
