The floors are white tile, with lovely woolen rugs. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet and clothes washer on this level. Upstairs are three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master room has a large double bed and direct access to a wonderful terrace. The middle room has two beds that can be made up together as a queen or separately as twins. The third bedroom has twin beds, with doors opening onto the large terrace, also with spectacular sea view. There is another kitchen on this level that has been carved out of the exposed stone. The bathroom on this level has a tub with shower, bidet, toilet and sink and an unusual and attractive stone wall.

The lower level is a separate apartment located on the floor below the villa. It has been built to a high standard. It offers a living room with kitchenette and fireplace, balcony with sea view, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and two bathrooms. One bedroom has its own bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and the other bedroom has a balcony with sea view and the bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom. There is a washing machine. In the winter there is heat and in the summer there is air conditioning. Outside is a terrace with umbrella, table and chairs.
