Recently renovated  Villa Morus is located in the earth of Sardinian south coast, about 37 km from Cagliari and 10 from Pula village and the famous Forte village Resort. The beautiful  beaches of Chia, Porto Pino, Tuaredda are 15 minute drive from the villa. 

Outdoor: The secluded  location of Villa Morus benefits of 2000 square meters tropical garden led  to lawn with palms, bougavilleas, century-old Mediterranean pine trees, bouganvilleas in walking distance, about 200 mt, to the typical  Carribean equipped beach.

The villa also features one sheltered patio that can be used either as outdoor living room as well as dining area. Part of the property is electric gated and there is car space for two autos.

Indoor: the villa develops on two level, a main larger level refined by in cotto flooring and large sliding windows opening onto the shaded patio and the garden. The main floor comprises a spacious access area onto the living room with dining area and courtesy bath.

At left of the dining area one corridor with cabinet leads to the night area composed of one master bedroom with tub bath, one double bedroom sharing shower and tub bath with a twin bedroom, a single bedroom.

At right, there is a modern separate fully equipped kitchen including fridge, cooking unit, oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Next to the kitchen there is also a storage room.

The lower level has separate entrance and comprises one master bedroom with en suite bath, sitting area and small kitchen. Adjacent but separated there is the laundry room.

Distances: Pula 10 km, Cagliari (37 km.) and the airport of Cagliari is 40 minutes driving distance; distance from the sea: 200 mt.
