The Villa, situated 200m above Lake Lugano, offers flexible accommodation being arranged on three floors; the top and the middle floors may be rented as one or separately. In either case, the ground floor garden apartment is included, providing additional recreational space. Privacy is assured as the Villa is available solely on an exclusive occupancy basis.
