Villa Mirador is a distinctive, contemporary style house situated on a grand country estate in Alcudia boasting incredible views over the Bay of Pollensa, Formentor and the Tramuntana mountain range due to its elevated position. Alcudia has the same feel as Pollensa, a laid-back, traditional charm, excellent restaurants and, of course, beautiful, sandy beaches.

The villa is truly unique, very contemporary in design and with a range of striking paintings and statues. The living space is vast laid out over 2 levels linked by a feature staircase in the centre of the room. There are various sitting and dining areas and the room is flooded with light from the full walls of windows and a dramatic skylight.

• The villa has a huge terrace furnished with sun loungers, tables and chairs, and partly shaded for your comfort while you enjoy meals al fresco.
• The large, interestingly shaped pool is to one side and also continues under the shaded area.

A kitchen is also available to fulfill all your needs while you are here on vacation.

There are the 5 bedrooms. The master suite is particularly elegant with a dressing room, en suite and access onto the roof terrace. The four further bedrooms also have en suite bathrooms and most panoramic windows with breathtaking views out to the sea.

• The estate is very large and includes riding stables, pastures and a practice course. You will never have a dull moment while you are here.
• The pool within the villa is perfect for a lazy afternoon when you don't want to go out.
