The main house offers a spacious living and dining room with floor to ceiling windows running the full length of both walls to allow views both to the pool on both sides and the Mediterranean sea. Equipped with plasma TV, bar corner and even a section of glass floor under which the swimming pool flows. Enjoy an office with wifi internet connection, fireplace, sofas, plasma TV, WC, sofa bed for extra guests and access to the pool area.

There is also a fully equipped gym (running machine, cross trainer, weights and exercise bike) with stereo and stunning sea and mountain views. Outside you'll love the two heated swimming pools which are interconnected via a glass roofed tunnel under the living area, plenty of covered terraces for alfresco dining and lounging whilst taking in the breathtaking views, mature gardens and a covered parking for four cars. Please note that the villa is in a residential area and although it has several close neighbours it still feels very private.

In the main house there is a fully equipped kitchen with seperate entrance for staff and access to the poolside dining area. Outside there is a barbeque and covered dining area with fully equipped kitchen located just below..
