Property description
This house is decorated in a minimalist style, created by the effect of the infinity pool and the purity of the white marbles of the terrace. The terrace is covered by two domes, separated by the swimming pool. The first dome covers the dining room and the second has a comfortable seating area with sofas overlooking the beach. The rest of the terrace has several teak sundecks around the pool and a direct access to the beach

Villa Marinasmir has 9 ensuite double rooms. The main building has 7 en suite double rooms including the master in the first floor. A pavilion has 2 en suite double rooms and has a direct access to the garden. Built on a total surface of more than 100 Sq m2, the air conditioned master en suite is the only room located on the first floor. It is built in a subtle combination of contemporary and Moroccan style, with a bathroom in Tadelakt. The other 8 en suite rooms are finely decorated, all with a blend of Moroccan and contemporary style and tadelakt bathrooms.
