The Villa around the countryside near Lucca was built around the year 1500 for the Buonvisi family.The villa is surrounded by a park of five hectares and is composed of different types of gardens enriched by water fountains and pools,this marvellous site is listed among the historic Italian gardens and it is opened for public visits.Alongside the Villa,occupied by the owner,there is the building where Guests are lodged:a large apartment on two levels where furnishings are in a welcoming and comfortable Tuscan style.A dining room with fireplace is accessible from the garden,a fully furnished kitchen,four double bedrooms,two twin bedrooms and three bathrooms are on the ground floor.With an independent entrance from internal stairs or from the garden another area with a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with fireplace,small living-room and a small kitchen for breakfasts or intimate meals.
