This villa was totally refurbished in the spring of 2009 and is decorated exquisitely combining a clean contemporary look with traditional features such as the archways, original fireplace, high ceilings and wooden beams.

The villa is composed of two adjoining houses connected by a covered gallery on the ground floor as well as an open terrace on the upper floor which affords views over the expanse of rolling hills.

This luxury mansion with its variety of relaxing and fun activities, is particularly recommended for those who enjoy sporting activities and relaxing outdoor life and is ideal for a large family or group.

The kitchen is very contemporary and is fitted with the latest mod cons, including a double stove and oven unit and an American fridge-freezer. You can enjoy meals here but there is also a separate dining room with a table able to seat all guests at once, and of course the terraces are lovely for al fresco dining.

The house has a total of 9 very spacious bedrooms, individually decorated in different colours, all of which are have en-suite bathrooms most which have a shower, bath tub and double wash basins.

Of course there is also the magnificent swimming pool where you can take a refreshing dip after soaking up the sun at the poolside. There is a private pool house too.There are various reception rooms: large sitting rooms, a television room with home theatre facilities and a billiards room.There is air-conditioning throughout and high speed internet connection at no extra cost.

The staff at Villa L´Eden, a maid and cook, are very friendly but unobtrusive and will take care of all your needs in a professional manner.

Vast estate where guests can choose to participate in all kinds of recreational activities: horse-riding excursions or private lessons in the ménage, football on the private pitch, golf, tennis, walking or mountain biking. You can even join the wild board hunts which are organized regularly in the season. For those looking for something a little less active, cooking lessons, wine tasting and massages might appeal.

Castiglione della Pescaia nearby is a well-known coastal resort, famous for its beautiful beaches and the extensive pine forests that stretch as far as Marina di Grosseto. The Terme di Saturnia spas about an hour´s drive away, specialising in talassotherapy and offering a wide range of beauty and restorative treatments, including oriental style massages, is another ideal place for a special day out.

The historical town, Maremma, along with several other lovely towns and villages, are close to the estate, many of which frequently hold open-air concerts during the summer. If you could possibly want more, the estate is just two hours from Rome and Florence and one hour and a half from Pisa and Siena.
