Villa Karsakis is located in Kişla, which is not more than 1.5km from Kalkan town on the far eastern side of the bay and just a short walk of 50 metres downhill to the sea and beach clubs. The villa was originally built as a family home and is a wonderful 2 bedroom property with a traditional Turkish interior. Both en suite bedrooms upstairs have lovely views over the pool terrace. At the ground floor level French doors take you to the sheltered outside dining area and onto the very generous terrace and pool area with a view over the brilliant blue sea towards the bay of Kalkan.

Close to the villa are a number of beach clubs, some within walking distance and others reachable by water taxi. The beach clubs all offer great lounging spaces at the water's edge with fine restaurants and there is no better place to sit back and relax and watch the world go by.
