Villa Karim has wide indoor spaces (about 400 square meters) and is located on three floors, including a vast living room on two levels with fireplace and sitting, dining and TV areas, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a barbecue area. Guests can also enjoy a large private garden (about 1.800 square meters), a very nice terrace with private pool, and a terrific view of Cala di Volpe and Romazzino.

• Rates start from Euro 8.200,00 per week.
• We ask for an extra lump sum to cover the following costs: final cleaning, bed and bathroom linen rental, pool and garden manteinance. Water, gas and energy are charged based on usage. We also require a refundable deposit to cover possible damages.
