The ground floor open plan living areas radiate from an interior sunken garden where a palm tree dominates and each living area flows into the next; natural colours, rattan, wicker and limed pine are enlivened by Turkish kilims, rich prints, gleaming copper and oriental carved wooden furniture. There are bookcases, comfortable chairs and a stone fireplace. The dining terrace has far reaching views over the green mandarin orchards and to the sea. The swimming pool (12 x 7 metres, depth from 1.00 to 2.10 metres) situated at garden level, is tiled with turquoise mosaics, has an integral waterfall and is surrounded by sun terraces.

Individual touches are everywhere, the master bedroom has a four poster bed, one bedroom is fabulously funky, whilst another is Japanese cool with its raised sleeping platform. The lower floor provides more spacious accommodation opening out onto the pool.
