Villa Imperiale takes its name from the most famous area in the old fashioned Forte dei Marmi: Roma Imperiale. This impressive villa is located at just 100mt to the beaches and  was obtained by a typical 900s’ villa and thank to a careful renovation it is now equipped with all the comforts but still maintaining its original look of a Versilian villa.

The villa is completely surrounded by 2500 square meters park with many plants and trees and it’s only 100 mt. from the beach away. In the garden a 6 x 12 mt. pool take place. All the outdoor are completely equipped by a gazebo with a dining area for al fresco meals, sun-beds and sun-chairs are around the pool .

Shops and restaurant are right out of the gate at few steps, but the tall hedge row will guarantee you a maximum privacy. 

The Villa, completely restored 2 years ago, is based on three level:

Ground Floor:

A double living room with elegant sofas, a working fireplace and a flat screen tv-sat, dining room with another living, a bath and a fully equipped kitchen. From the entrance an elegant marble staircase with wood and iron bannister will lead you on the “night area”.

Floor 2nd and 3rd:

From the marble staircase (25 steps) you reach the upper level. It is composed by 4 double bedrooms; all the bedrooms are airconditioned and have nice views of the garden. The rooms has a private bath with Jacuzzi bathtub. Another stairway with 20 steps brings up, where you’ll find 4 further bedrooms with the same layout of the second level.

The bathrooms are all made in precious marble and has a jacuzzi bath tub. The antique-style furnishing are made by very fine tissues and studied in detail. The villa is surrounded by 2500 square meters’s park. Possibility of parking and maximum safety for children. The beach is only in 100 metres.
