Located in a central street of Forte dei Marmi, this very nice independent single house, is ideal for lovely vacation in one of the most famous resort place on the coast-the house has been recently fully restored, with great taste and attention to details. Nice furnishing all over the house, and nice colours inside and outside. A little courtyard, equipped with table and chairs, is an ideal place for outdoor dining or to have an aperitif after a day spent on the beach.

The street where it is located is a very peaceful place, at short distance from the main square in Forte dei Marmi, where you can find any kind of shops, restaurants, bars, and everything you may need as bank, pharmacy, post office. It is very nice to move around on foot or by bike; with bikes it is possible to ride in the central area that is closed to car traffic.

The beach of Forte dei Marmi is extremely well organized with Beach Clubs, the house is given along with the use of sun umbrella and sun chairs at the Beach Club BAGNO VASCO (a very beautiful beach Club in Forte dei Marmi).

Villa Il Geranio Rosso is a single house , with a little tower; it develops on 2 floors and has a terrace.

GROUND FLOOR:

There is a living room with SAT TV, two French doors open one on Via Piave and one on the back courtyard; the floor is in white wood parquet. The living room has a sofa, a wicker armchairs and furniture in white and azure. On this floor is an equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, gas top cooking, electric oven and microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. In the dining area there is a crystal dining table sitting 6- 10 people. From the cooking-dining room there is access to the courtyard equipped with a marble table and chairs for 6 for dining outside.
In a corner of this courtyard there is also a laundry area; parking for bikes and one car is available.

Description of the bedrooms on the FIRST FLOOR:

BEDROOM 1 is a double bedroom with bathroom. BEDROOM 2 is a twin bed bedroom (cm 80 ) convertible into a double bedroom. The 2 bathrooms are with shower (one is green, the other is yellow). IN THE LITTLE TOWER (access through the stair in white marble) there is the BEDROOM 3: a bedroom with bunk bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; a window and a French door open on a little terrace, that is equipped with table and chairs for dining al fresco, there are also an awning and deck chairs to relax; the beautiful view is on the Apuan Alps.

The closest best Beach 0,8 km away (about 3 minutes by car). The closest Golf Courses “The Versilia Golf” is 1 km away (about 3 minutes); The closest Tennis Courts is 1,8 km away (about 5 minutes); The closest Equestrian Facilities is 5 km away (about 10 minutes); Nautical Circle is 1,3 km away (about 5 minutes); Spa in the surroundings is the Undulna Terme 2 km (about 5 minutes).
