Villa Grifone is located right between Siena and Arezzo, in the celebrated Chianti region. This wonderful location allows for daytrips to almost all the main Tuscan cities and towns of Tuscany, all within one-hour reach. Formerly the residence of the farmers that worked the beautiful land around the villa, Villa Grifone was built in 1735 to be completely remodeled two years ago. Today the villa represents the essence of Tuscany with modern elements of comfort and amenities. All the traditional rustic elements have been kept and exalted to spouse the ancient with the modern in harmony.
Villa Grifone's exteriors are characterized by the wonderful courtyard, and the large floodlit swimming pool resting in the 14,000 square meter fenced park, fulli lit. The park is adorned with statues and secular trees for your private pleasure to freely walk in the silence and peace of this precious garden. The swimming pool is 6 meters by 12 in size. In addition to sun beds the pool area is fitted with a barbecue and table and chairs for up to 22 people; a wonderful setting to enjoy unforgettable "alfresco" meals.
