The Mediterranean from the window of your villa in the south of Sardinia, in the fantastic Chia. Mediterranean climate, immersion in nature, colors, smells, tastes, quiet and privacy are the key features of the Villa I Ginepri. The family house with panoramic swimming pool and private garden is located on the ridge of a hill overlooking the stunning white sand beaches of Chia, and culminates at the horizon with the beautiful beaches at Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla Acquadulci and Tuerredda.

At Chia a nice portion of a two floors duplex. The view is pure Mediterranean to discover spending wonderful hours under a patio. Perfect spaces divide the living area from that night quarters. In the living area you are welcomed by a large and bright living room with fireplace, a functional kitchen, with access to the large patio on the front, equipped to spend evenings to remember every day and a bathroom with shower.

Then the night quarters and the rest; there are three bedrooms (one master bedroom, one with twin beds and one with bunk beds with pull-out bed) and one bathroom with shower. All around, the embrace of a garden, which provides the strength and intensity of the Mediterranean and its most genuine privacy, in the splendor of the summer and in the warm intimacy of winter.

Villa I Ginepri is the perfect place for travelers searching for a relaxing holiday, who simultaneously wish to reach the most important restaurants and bars of the Coast or the fantastic Is Molas Golf Course, 18 holes par 72. Prices include towels and bed linen, weekly change takes place on Saturday.

Price doesn't include to be paid locally on arrival, weekly consumptions Euro 50,00, final cleaning Euro 200.00 and a deposit of Euro 800.00 which will be returned upon departure.
