The room opens onto a terrace with a pergola offering a panoramic view over a little nearby lake. There are two stairways to the upper floor, one external and one internal, both leading to the second living room which has a T.V. corner with satellite TV, stereo with C.D. , D.V.D player and internet connection.
Near the pool is a small structure with a little kitchen for pool use and a barbecue. On the ground floor there is a dining room with fireplace. The lovely kitchen is well equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and an Italian coffee machine.
