Overview
An outstanding villa with a swimming pool built on a sheer drop over the sea, surrounded by a well looked after and blooming Mediterranean garden. The villa is built on various levels with terraces equipped with outdoor garden furniture. Two of these terraces have barbecues. The Villa consists of a main building and two out buildings, making a total of six bedrooms, and for bathrooms equipped with showers.
Main Building pax 6: Two twin bedrooms, one master bedroom, with 2 pertaining bathrooms, a small living area with a sofa and fireplace, an equipped kitchen/eating area. There is dishwasher and gas oven.
Out building/Guest Suite: 1 very spacious master bedroom with a single sofa bed, 1 pertaining bathroom/shower, guardrobe, terrace with a 180° view to the sea.
Out building/Guest Trullo pax 2: One double bedroom without bathroom.
Out building (Domestic staff) pax 1: one single bedroom, 1 adjacent bathroom with shower, but with access from outside and eventual use by other Trullo. Laundry with washing machine.
The swimming pool is equipped with sun beds, outdoor furniture , external shower , small toilet and changing rooms. The Villa has satellite television and a telephone, all calls to be paid by the client. There is uncovered parking for two cars and 2 external barbecues.
Weekly charges include water, electricity, bed and bathroom linen, a gardener who is responsible for the Villa’s upkeep and pool maintenance. He is available to clients at an hourly rate of 8 Euros, there is also the possibility at an extra charge of a local woman to help with cooking and domestic tasks. Final Cleaning Euro 200,00.
