Villa Fiorentina, in all its glory, is set on a Florentine hillside with commanding views, not only of its own gardens, but of the surrounding, sweeping countryside of Florence as well. Fiorentina’s main front door leads into the grand entrance hall, with a staircase and doors off to the side, leading to formal reception areas. These areas offer generous views of Fiorentina’s majestic gardens, through its numerous, large French doors and windows.
The villa is extremely elegant in its furnishing, with antiques and prestigious pieces from Italy, South Africa and Paris. The ground floor also features a large country- style kitchen, formal dining room, and both media and music rooms. On the first floor, there are six bedroom suites, the majority of which have large windows, offering elevated vantage points from which to overlook the Villa’s classic, formal gardens. All suites are attractively furnished and decorated, with as much attention to detail as was paid to its reception rooms. The second floor is currently used as children’s quarters, providing four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
