Villa Fiorentina is surrounded by stunning parkland, 7000sqm filled with over 200 olive trees offering unbroken views as far as the eye can see. In the villa´s own grounds there are lovely lawns with a large patio and terraces furnished for convivial meals al fresco or for lounging in the shade.

Take a refreshing dip in the large swimming pool which is accompanied by its own outdoor shower and changing rooms, and sun loungers and umbrellas for the ultimate holiday relaxation.

The property also affords its own private parking area.

The wider area provides facilities for golf, tennis, mountain biking and horse-riding, lovely ways to enjoy the magnificent surroundings.

Indoors, contemporary-style décor harmoniously combines with the rustic style typical of the region.

The villa´s kitchen is a true ´heart of the home´ room with an attractive exposed stone wall, central island, and all the latest facilities and equipment to meet your self-catering needs- traditional open stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher etc. By the window is a smart dining area seating 10-12 + highchair.

There is the option to hire a local chef if you prefer to take a break from cooking on holiday.

There are 3 living rooms, each with a different style and their own unique fireplaces. One of these is the games room with a smart pool table, sofas, and an additional wide flat screen television, ideal for entertaining.

Up to 11 guests can be accommodated in 5  bedrooms. The master bedroom affords a bathroom with a bath, while another 3 double bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and the 5th double bedroom shares the master bedroom´s bathroom. This bedroom is fitted with a bunk bed (bottom is double, top is single). All the bedrooms enjoy views of the garden.
