Starting from the ground floor of this charming two-story villa, you’ll find a space dining and living room, where you’ll be able to access the patio, the garden, and the pergola. Underneath the pergola is the perfect place for a barbecue, with its large dining table.

Stairs outside, on the side of the villa, lead up to the first floor. You’ll find a spacious lounge with a satellite TV, along with CD and DVD players, and a bookshelf. From here, you’ll be able to access the terrace which has amazing views of the Tuscan countryside.

• The first floor has two bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, while the other is a twin bedroom. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor.

 

Besides the lovely city of Pienza, you’ll also be near Montepulciano, Cortona, Montalcino and Siena.
