Villa Erica is 4-story villa facing the sun and the sea on each of its levels, situated right few steps away from the beach in the quiet and exclusive bay of Nerano in the Sorrento Coast. You will be roughly 800 meters (half a mile) from Marina del Cantone, which offers several services, such as bars, shops, typical restaurants, and rental of boats (also with skipper). Renting a boat from Nerano will give you the chance to get in short time places of incomparable beauty, such as  Capri (15 min), Sorrento in 30 (30 min), and Positano 40 minutes.  The natural environment is the most important aspect of a holiday here. In fact, many natural attractions can be found, such as the park of Punta Campanella which has been protected by the institution “Area Marina Protetta” (Protected Sea Area) for several years.

Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, villa Erica is situated at the end of a dead-end private street, used only by the guests staying at the few other villas set in the street. 50 meters from the property a private pathway with descent of approx. 100 steps provides access to a pebble beach with bar, restaurant, sun chairs and beach umbrellas.

The villa is composed of four apartments, each one taking up an entire floor. Each apartment has its own terrace and a small garden, equipped either with a Jacuzzi tub or a small pool and a barbecue.

Ground floor

Apartment  90 squared mt apt, composed of: two double rooms, a single room, it's possible to have a double sofa bed, wide living-dining room, well furnished kitchen place, two bathrooms (one ensuite). (Sleeps 5+2)

First floor

Apartment 80 squared mt apt, at 25 steps from the ground floor which can accommodate up 6 people. The apartment is made up of a matrimonial room, a double room, two bathrooms (one ensuite), living-dining room with sofa bed and tv, kitchen, supplied on the veranda, adjacent to the living-dining room, terrace with magnificent view on the Gulf. (Sleeps 4+2).

Second Floor

Apartment 60 squared mt  set on the second floor, (30 steps) composed of: living-dining room with sofa bed and tv, well furnished kitchen, with four burners, electric oven, fridge with freezer, terrace with shower, with stunning and global view. (Sleeps 4+2)

Third floor

Small apartment of 40 square mt  which can accommodate up 3 people. Situated on the top floor (60 steps) it offers: double room, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed and tv, kitchen with four burners, microwave oven, fridge with freezer and a large terrace, with stunning sea view. (Sleeps 2+1).

To stay at Villa Erica you will need a car. You will have free parking space inside the entrance gate. The villa features direct access to the beach and is the ideal accommodation for those are looking for a relaxing beach vacation.
