Villa D'estasi is set like a shiny jewel beside the azure Caribbean Sea where the waves sparkle and shimmer. It offers spectacular ocean views as well as views of neighboring Buck Island. The home reflects the perfect melding of Tuscany meeting the Caribbean. The villa offers creamy stucco walls and a terracotta tiled roof on the outside and inside ocher washed walls and tasteful furnishings provide the traditions and comforts of an Italian country home.

Built on two levels, the villa features four air-conditioned bedrooms and 4.5 baths. An expansive Great Room features beamed ceilings, an entertainment center and very comfortable leather sofa. AT the one end of the Great Room, is the heart of the house as is so with any European style home-a spacious and inviting kitchen. The kitchen features tumbled stone tile work, fine granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and provide all of the necessary tools to prepare gourmet meals. Dining may be enjoyed at the square table set for eight guests and set beneath an old world style chandelier. Additionally, dining may be enjoyed outside alfresco style on a breezy balcony that runs the length of the house and faces the ocean.

On the opposite side of the Great Room, is the master bedroom suite. It features an elegant carved four poster bed, sitting area and walk in glass tile a shower complete with twin heads.

Steps lead down below to the pool level where three more equally comfortable bedrooms are located, each with en-suite bath. Each of these bedrooms offer European styled carved furnishings and dramatic French doors open from each room to the spacious patio and pool located just steps away for sunning. A refrigerator and kitchenette are thoughtfully provided on this level as well and are handy when savoring the outdoors.

Steps lead from the pool deck to the beach below where swimming and snorkeling may be enjoyed.
