Designed by Jon Osman who is also responsible for Richard Branson’’s Necker Island mansion,it was professionally decorated for use as a private residence. The Villa has just been completely refurbished and is being made available for vacation renters when the owners are not using it. The Villa sits on two acres overlooking Brewer's Bay on Tortola's lush northwest side.

Electronic gates open to a long, palm-lined driveway that leads to covered parking adjacent to the Villa.

Built on three levels, the Villa's entry floor includes a great room, a master suite and a office. The great room has 3 walls of custom mahogany windows that offer stunning, almost unbelievable views.
