Thanks to its position, it offers utmost incredible views over the sea extending from Capri to the northern part of the Bay of Naples and the charming island of Procida, overlooking the islands’ most exclusive areas and nearby private properties. It’s an unusual property with a very interesting history – due to its prior owner, the villa has hosted VIP’s and people from all over the world for decades.
The place is full of natural mysteries and wonders as the promontory is actually part of the gate to the islands oldest volcano – Monte Tuorone – and below the entrance of the villa you can still find the “fumaroles” appearing from the earth! The interiors and the gardens are full of surprises too, like the golden door, the historical remaining from a church in Assisi, and its many rare plants.
