Villa Casa Rossa is an exclusive villa in Tuscany, the result of a complete renovation of an original olive oil press and estate, still surrounded by the secular olive groves.
The floodlit swimming pool is situated in the centre of a large lawn with sun loungers surrounding it and an attractive outdoor dining set and parasol providing the perfect spot for al fresco meals. Not to forget the barbecue!
The villa boasts a very private location but with views over the surrounding landscape with Lucca´s ancient medieval walls clearly visible. The position in Tuscany is ideal for exploring the wider region and all the fantastic cultural towns and cities that it is gifted with- Florence and Pisa particularly nearby.
Active-types might want to make the most of the region in a different way, spending time in nature playing golf and tennis, mountain-biking, hiking and enjoying other sports.
The villa has a classic look with wooden beams and original terracotta flooring but is more distinguished than the typical rustic properties of the region.
The ground floor houses a beautiful living room with elegant sofas and armchairs and smart accessories. This room is discreetly equipped with a satellite television, Hi-fi and Wi-Fi internet, so, despite the traditional style guests won´t miss out on modern comforts. This room leads onto a very large fully-fitted kitchen which also has a very elegant dining area.
Upstairs are the four bedrooms (three doubles and a twin) which each have en suite bathrooms. Each room has individually-controlled air-conditioning and heating , making any season a fantastic time for a holiday.
The villa comes with a pool attendant and has a housekeeping service twice a week. Furthermore, on arrival guests will find the villa stocked with a selection of soft drinks and water along with breakfast items, fresh milk, fruit and bread.
If you should like to take a complete holiday and stay out of the kitchen as well, a chef and table service can be organized, either for daily meals or a one-off occasion.
