Villa Cantamar is a one of a kind vacation villa rental located within the prestigious Sea Tree Estates gated community, directly on the ocean. Translated, Villa Cantamar means "the singing sea" and offers Caribbean living with an exotic Asian influence.

Villa Cantamar is the first of a group of villas to be built within the Seatree Estates gated community. This area of the Dominican Republic has received recent press as one of the fastest growing Caribbean destinations. One of the lures is the nearby Playa Grande Golf Course, designed by the legendary Robert Trent Jones, often referred to as the "Pebble Beach of the Caribbean" due to its stunning link design and challenging holes.

The villa is located next to the azure blue ocean and surrounded by over 2.5 acres of manicured, specimen gardens. Nestled in the middle of the villa is the luxurious, free form zero entry swimming pools with a unique and unusual tanning area. All of the villa's bedrooms, the living area and the dining room all offer direct ocean views through floor to ceiling handmade sliding mahogany doors. The home includes full amenities such as a complete entertainment center with HDTV, DVD and movie library as well as CD stereo system with CD's.

Adjoining the dining area is a beautiful gourmet kitchen, elegantly decorated in hand-cut mahogany and offering all of the latest kitchen accommodations. The custom designed kitchen permits guests to enjoy the soothing ocean breezes as they watch their meal being created by the executive chef. An expansive dining area provides ample seating for 10 guests.

Villa Cantamar offers four exceptionally spacious king bedroom suites, all with ocean views and en-suite baths. Two offer unique outdoor showering areas. Each one of the four meticulously designed and beautifully decorated bedrooms offers an unfettered view of the spacious swimming pool and soothing ocean beyond.

Guests will enjoy the huge living areas with outside Caribbean style seating as well as the dedicated bar area complete with inside and outside seating.
