Splendid newly renovated modern style 480 square meters villa situated in a dominating and secluded position in Porto Ercole overlooking Cala Galera and its 9 km white sandy beach that is about 600 meters from the property. Immerse in the spectacular scenario of Argentario, few kilometres away from Grosseto, about 1 and 30 minutes drive from Rome, the villa has been totally renovated with high standard materials and quality finishes, such as Cotto flooring and Assisi marble tiles or Travertino marble for the central spiral stair around which develops ground floor and that connects the two floors of the property.
The ground floor comprises the entrance area opened onto the large living room with fireplace and panoramic windows overlooking the sea and the beach, which is in walking distance few minutes walk. A large sheltered terrace with arches frames the floor on two side having relaxing area and barbecue with table ideal for outside dining. Next to the living room, there is the dining room having adjacent open fully equipped kitchen finished with Assisi marble.
