The rest of the gardens comprise of open lawns around the whole villa. There is an automatic security system with a camera allowing you to open the gate from inside the house. The décor throughout the villa is immaculate, minimalist in black and white with splashes of colour provided by vibrant modern artwork or fabrics.

Full walls of windows bring in plenty of light to the open-plan living-dining room as well as offering pleasant views and access to the terrace and garden. The comfortable sofas are arranged around an attractive glass-fronted fireplace and a large flat-screen satellite television and DVD player. Also on this level is one of the bedrooms, a lovely double with a complete bathroom which can be an en suite or a family bathroom as it has dual access.

A floating staircase leads upstairs and another down to the lower level where you´ll find a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and access to the garage. Perfect for a group of up to 10 looking for  luxurious holiday accommodation in a peaceful but very convenient location.

• Here you´ll also find a shaded dining area and barbeque so you can enjoy al fresco meals as well as the Jacuzzi tub admiring the breathtaking landscape.

The kitchen continues in the same style fitted in white and stainless steel and with all the facilities you could want including a fitted oven, microwave, American fridge-freezer etc. There is also an extendable dining table as an alternative to eating outdoors, a wall-mounted flat-screen television and a washing machine and dryer.

The villa has a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and three very large bedrooms, each with an en suite and sharing the beautiful balcony terrace that looks over the pool. Two bedrooms are twins with walk-in modern showers and the other is the grand master bedroom. This room is very unique with a king-size futon-style bed, a glass double shower cubicle within the bedroom itself and a fabulous bath also within the room, below the wide flat screen television on the wall. Also useful are the desk in the corner and the static exercise bike so you can keep up your fitness while away! A door leads you to the dressing room with large wardrobes, double washbasins and a separate WC.
