The ten-acre property is nestled in the geographic center of the Bodrum peninsula. The five bedroom, 1,600 sq. meter stone villa is accessed through a cypress studded driveway. The masonry of the different sections, open and recessed balconies, tiled and flat roofs of the villa blend harmoniously to give the air of a provincial mansion. The ground floor is high-ceilinged and spacious. Flooring is of reddish Agra stone throughout, which continues out onto the respective terraces and verandas located in front of the kitchen, dining and living rooms, as well as the study. All woodwork is solid Iroco hardwood.

There is a central fireplace in the 150 sq. meter living area, as well as in the 80 sq. meter kitchen. The 65 sq.meter grand dining room is dominated by a 4.5 meter oak dining table. Storage room, cold room, laundry room, mechanical room, and a wine cellar are all interconected via half-flight of stairs leading to the basement. The two-car garage also doubles up as a workshop.
