The Villa is located 10 minutes (5 Km.) drive from the enchanting beaches and the crystal clear waters that have rendered the “Costa Smeralda” one of the most famous holiday destination in the world. The glamorous Porto Cervo, with the modern harbor, the typical little squares, and the boutiques of the most famous international griffes, is easily reachable in few minutes.

The villa sits on a very stunning secluded position and has been totally renovated with all necessary luxury comforts such as air conditioning, swimming pool, jacuzzi and Spa while the friendly professional staff will greet the guests with courtesy and enrich their staying stay.It develops on two levels. Level one comprises the entrance on a spacious living with fireplace, sizeable white sofa, satellite Plasma TV and Internet wireless connection. One Large dining area with wooden table for 14 people and one adjacent fully equipped professional kitchen, with cooking units and double baking oven, microwave, grinder, mixer, toaster and dishwasher. A small corridor with courtesy baths leads to the night area composed of 4 stylish welcoming double bedrooms with wardrobe and en suite shower baths. The remaining 3 double bedrooms are positioned on the second level next to the SPA with sauna, steam and Jacuzzi Tub. One large laundry room is also at disposal.

The magnificent garden has beautiful Mediterranean trees and immaculate lawns where a lovely swimming pool is also positioned. Next to the pool there is a sheltered patio with large barbecue, kitchen and oven ideal for outside dining. Sheltered parking for 3 cars is also available few steps from the house.
