Villa Anais is a new home located in Vitet, with amazing views over Grand Cul de Sac, Petit Cul de Sac and St. Martin. Perched on the hillside with a tropical garden at its back, this villa has a warm Caribbean feel to it, with several relaxation areas from which to enjoy the tradewinds, sun and view. There are two spacious living areas. The first is found on the main level and opens onto the view, while the mezzanine accommodates a second, larger living area. The property is ideal for friends traveling together or a family with small children looking for the perfect hideaway.
A balcony in the front gives access to the beautiful view and refreshing breeze. The tropical garden at the back of the villa includes palm trees, bougainvillea and hibiscus among the exotic plants. You may have short drive to several island beaches. The large, air conditioned first floor mezzanine is equipped with a ceiling fan, a flat screen, French Satellite TV, and a DVD player. The ample furnishings include comfortable chocolate sofas.
