This independent ocean front villa, perched on the top of the hill and facing the ocean with splendid views of 16th century’s Spanish fortresses is immersed in a large estate, with fenced garden and private pool nearby Porto Ercole village.

Our villa surrounded by a large fully equipped veranda with garden furniture and a large table for family reunions, is composed of two floors and offers comfort and hospitality up to twelve guests in two sitting rooms, eat-in kitchen, guest toilette, 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. On the ground floor are located 2 double bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, equipped with shower cabin or bathtub, sink, WC and bidet. Both bedrooms open on to the surrounding veranda.

On the first floor or Villa’s mansard, we find three twin bedrooms, each one with their private bathrooms, with bathtub/shower box and one single bedroom, each bedrooms have direct access to a panoramic terrace through wide French doors. The panoramic terrace has limitless views over the hills that extend down to the coastline.
