Argolis Porto Heli Pool Villa - Tempo

This attractive five bedroom villa is situated near the village of Porto Heli. The area is generally known as the Costa Grecia and expands along the Peloponnesian peninsula facing the island of Spetses. It is a popular holiday and weekend destination for wealthy Greeks and a boating paradise. Porto Heli offers many sporting facilities including water skiing, sailing, paragliding, tennis and horse riding.

The house, one of a group of three, benefits from a private swimming pool (5x10m), and a terraced area, laid with classic Italian terracotta tiles. The terraces (300 m2 in total) include a pergola covered outdoor dining area (seating 12), with barbecue, and an outdoor bar. There are views from the terraces over the coastline and sea to the island of Spetses.

The interiors are very pretty, with cream painted walls and pale blue painted woodwork and blue furnishings. Equipment includes satellite TV and stereo, central heating and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. There is also a washing machine/dryer, a hairdryer and a baby cot (available on request). There is private gated parking at the property for two cars.

The villa features a open plan kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, espresso machine and toaster.

Porto Heli is a charming village located in the southernmost part of the Argolis prefecture of Peloponnese. The village is situated around a beautiful natural harbor. Porto Heli was a popular holiday destination during the 60s and has managed to maintain its Greek identity. The coastline is laced with some wonderful beaches for all tastes. The cosmopolitan island of Spetses is only a short distance by speedboat or water taxi.

The all-time favourite of Athenians, Spetses is an island with important history and an aristocratic background as revealed by the well-preserved neoclassical architecture of its buildings. Cars are not allowed on the island and transportation is by water taxis, horse, carriages, mopeds or one of the four taxi cabs. The island features some lovely beaches where the pines almost reach the water.
